
Biography
William Fletcher is Program Assistant at the Civitas Institute. In college, he worked as a special assistant for the Hamilton School for Classical and Civic Education, where he architected student programming and fellowship programs. He has a broad interest in the history of American institutions and the university, and wrote a senior thesis on the literary origins of the Library of Congress. Fletcher has held fellowships with the Hertog Foundation and the Philadelphia Society, and his work has been published at the Washington Examiner and the Florida Finibus. He received a B.A. in History and European Studies from the University of Florida in 2025 and intends to pursue further graduate work in American Studies and Law.
